Maddie is originally from Tennessee and earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. During college, she worked as an at-risk youth mentor for elementary students and as a peer mentor in UTK’s FUTURE program, supporting students with intellectual and developmental disabilities, many with autism. Maddie moved to North Carolina seeking meaningful, purpose-driven work and discovered her passion for ABA at St. Gerard Center. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, caring for plants, creating art, traveling, and deepening her faith.
